The Special Meeting with the Selectboard duly noticed and warned was called to order at 6:00 PM.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Trustees: Bourne, Sargent, Thompson, Wildes, DeBor

Staff: Craig Myotte

1) Discuss Town Sewer Service Area and Joint Statement for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Act 250 Permit Amendment filing to be made by the Village.

The Trustees presented a proposed Town Sewer Service Area (TSSA) line to the Selectboard. After discussion, the Selectboard approved the TSSA proposed by the Trustees.

At 6:35 PM the special meeting with the Selectboard was adjourned.
