The meeting duly noticed and warned was called to order at 6:00PM.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair: Tomlinson

Trustees: Jensvold, Wildes, Sargent, Bourne

GUESTS PRESENT: No members of the public were in attendance.

1) EXECUTIVE SESSION – At 6:00 PM on a motion by Trustee Bourne, seconded by Trustee Wildes, the Board went into Executive Session to discuss personnel.

At 7:58 PM on a motion by Trustee Sargent, seconded by Trustee Jensvold, the Board came out of Executive Session.
