The meeting duly noticed and warned was called to order at 3:05 PM.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair: Bourne

Trustees: Sargent, DeBor, Wildes

Staff: Linda Osgood, Penny Jones

1) PUBLIC MEETING

No members of the public were in attendance.

2) APPROVE LIEN ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 161 VANASSE ROAD, MORRISTOWN:

On a motion by Trustee Sargent, seconded by Trustee Wildes and unanimously approved, the Board approved a lien in the amount of $272.62 on the property located at 161 Vanasse Road owned by Paula Mack.

3) ADJOURNMENT:

At 3:06 PM, on a motion by Trustee Wildes, seconded by Trustee DeBor and unanimously approved, the Board adjourned the meeting.
