The Special meeting duly noticed and warned was called to order at 4:00 PM.

PRESENT:

Trustees: Dana Wildes, Tim Sargent, Keith Thompson

Staff: Craig Myotte, Jim Fontaine

Guests: Chuck Magnus (FA&A)

ABSENT: Trustees Ed DeBor and Peter Bourne

1) TOUR WWTF UPGRADES.

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Morrisville was held on Monday, September 22, 2008, at 4:00 PM at the Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrades located off South River Street. A tour of the Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrades was provided to the Trustees and staff by Mr. Magnus of FA&A.

2) ADJOURNMENT:

At 5:00 PM, on a motion by Trustee Sargent, seconded by Trustee Thompson and approved by all present, the Board adjourned the meeting.
