For your added convenience a payment drop box has been placed in the entrance air lock at the Union Bank on Main Street. These payments will be picked up daily by our staff.

Increase in Water/Sewer Rates:

This notice is to inform you of Water and Wastewater rate increases that the Village Trustees approved at the December 18, 2006, Trustees' meeting. The increases of 18% and 25% for Water and Wastewater, respectively, are effective February 1st and will be seen on the February bills. For metered customers, February bills will be pro-rated with usage prior to February 1st calculated at the old rate and usage after February 1st at the new rate.

Over the next few years, the existing plant requires significant upgrades to comply with license renewal and inspection regulations administered by the State. The rate increases are necessary to cover the costs for these plant upgrades. Additional information on the plant upgrades will be provided with future bills.
