It has come to our attention that several electric utility customers have been using Doxo, a third-party online bill payment service. Doxo is not affiliated with Morrisville Water & Light. Despite using our name, Doxo is not an authorized payment service.

Customers who pay their utility bill through Doxo are charged a service fee. Payment through Doxo may take several weeks to reach your us, potentially resulting in fees and/or disconnection of services.
